Czechia has expressed its readiness to join the creation of a special tribunal for Russia for the crime of aggression. This was reported by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrii Sybiha, on the X social network, according to UNN.

"We thank the Czech Republic for announcing its readiness to join the Enlarged Partial Agreement necessary to launch the special tribunal. Czechia has become the 23rd state to join this historic initiative, and we hope that other responsible countries will also follow suit,"

Sybiha wrote.

The vote on the relevant agreement will take place at a meeting of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, which will be held on May 14–15 in Chișinău.

According to Sybiha, those who started and continue the armed aggression against Ukraine must realize the inevitability of trial.
