The court found MP Oleksandr Dubinsky guilty of a conflict of interest, ordered him to pay a fine and enter him in the register of corrupt officials.

The Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv found MP Oleksandr Dubinskyi guilty of violating the requirements established by law for preventing and resolving conflicts of interest based on the materials of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.

The court ordered him to pay a fine, and Dubinsky will also be entered in the register of corrupt officials, reports the NACP, UNNreports.

On March 13, 2024, the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv, based on the NACP's materials, found the Member of Parliament of Ukraine guilty of violating the requirements established by law for the prevention and settlement of conflicts of interest. In addition, the court ordered him to pay a fine

After the decision enters into force, information about Oleksandr Dubinsky will be entered into the Unified State Register of Persons Who Committed Corruption or Corruption-Related Offenses.

In November, the NACP drew up a protocol on the fact that Oleksandr Dubinskyi exercised his parliamentary powers in the context of a real conflict of interest.

In August 2023, Dubinsky was notified of suspicion of entering false information in official documents by an official, on the basis of which he traveled abroad allegedly under the pretext of accompanying his father for medical treatment. The investigation found that the MP received permission to leave Ukraine under this pretext and left the country on his own on June 27, 2023.

In turn, the MP's father went abroad on his own on June 26, 2023, and then returned to Ukraine on July 11, 2023. The MP himself returned to Ukraine only on July 27, 2023.

Law enforcement received information that during his stay abroad, the MP managed to visit Italy, Croatia and Spain twice. 

In November, UNN learned from its own sources that MP Oleksandr Dubinsky was served with a notice of suspicion of high treason.
