Additional 3.5 billion UAH is being allocated for the repair of local roads

The government has allocated 3.5 billion UAH for the repair of critical sections of local roads. The funds will be distributed among all regions on the basis of co-financing from local communities.

The Cabinet of Ministers has allocated an additional UAH 3.5 billion from the state budget reserve fund for urgent repairs of local roads. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko on Saturday on social media, UNN reports.

"We will repair critical sections of local roads to improve the safety of residents and the logistics of the Defense Forces. An additional UAH 3.5 billion has been allocated from the state budget reserve fund for urgent repairs of local roads. The funds will be directed to specific sections where it is most critical," Svyrydenko said.
According to her, the funds are allocated on the terms of co-financing with local budgets and will be distributed among all regions.
