The enemy is most actively advancing in the Pokrovsk direction, where 20 assaults have been recorded. Border areas of Sumy region and the Kursk direction are under artillery fire.
Since the beginning of the day, the aggressor has attacked the positions of the Defense Forces 49 times. The enemy is most active in the Pokrovsk direction, UNN reports with reference to the General Staff's summary.
Artillery shelling of border areas continues. Today, in the Sumy region, the settlements of Ryzhivka, Bachivsk, Holyshivske, Korenok, Budky, Malushyne were affected. Chernatske and Vilna Sloboda came under enemy air strikes
In the Northern-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, the enemy carried out 68 shellings of settlements and positions of our troops, four of which were with the use of multiple rocket launchers, in addition, it launched two air strikes, using six guided bombs.
In the Southern-Slobozhansky, Sloviansk, and Prydniprovsky directions, the enemy has not conducted active operations since the beginning of the day.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of the Defense Forces twice in the areas of Petropavlivka and Kivsharivka. One combat engagement with the enemy is still ongoing.
In the Lyman direction, since the beginning of the day, there has been one enemy assault in the direction of the settlement of Drobycheve.
In the Kramatorsk direction, our defenders successfully repelled an enemy attack in the area of Nykyforivka.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, the invaders carried out nine attacks near Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Ivanopillia, and Illinivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have tried 20 times to dislodge our soldiers from their occupied positions in the areas of Sofiivka, Novopavlivka, Toretsk, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, Udachne, and towards Kucheriv Yar. Three combat engagements are still ongoing.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked once in the area of the settlement of Oleksandrograf.
In the Huliaipole direction, the Defense Forces successfully repelled ten enemy attacks in the areas of Dobropillia, Hirke, Zaliznychne, Zelene, Staroukrainka, and Tsvitkove. The enemy launched air strikes in the areas of Verkhnia Tersa, Kopani, Huliaipole, Staroukrainka, Tymoshivka, Tsvitkove, Dolynka.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy advanced in the direction of the settlement of Novoandriivka. In addition, it launched air strikes on the areas of Kamyshivakha, Novorozivka, Yasna Polyana, Yurkivka.
In other directions, there are currently no significant changes in the situation. No enemy attempts to advance have been recorded, the General Staff summarized.
