The Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff reported 90 combat engagements over the past day. The most active fighting took place in the Pokrovsk sector, where Ukrainian troops repelled 28 enemy attacks.

The enemy attacked most actively in the Pokrovsk sector, where Ukrainian defenders repelled 28 enemy assaults, according to a report by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 08:00 on 10.08.2024, UNN reports.

According to the updated information, yesterday the enemy launched two missile attacks on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas using two missiles, as well as 71 air strikes, dropping 91 combat vehicles. In addition, it fired over 4,800 times, 170 of which were from multiple rocket launchers,

The aggressor carried out air strikes in the vicinity of settlements, in particular, Zarutske, Bilovody, Yunakivka, Khrapivshchyna, Vasylivka, Hlukhiv, Poloshky, Bereza, Kucherivka, Stari Vyrky, Pysarivka, Petrushivka, Mohrytsia in Sumy region; Serhiivka, Toretsk, Kostiantynivka Hrodivka, Tymofiivka, Oleksandropil, Novodonetske, Vodyane, Vuhledar, Novoukrainka in Donetsk Oblast; Gulyaypole, Novoandriivka, Kamianske in Zaporizhzhia Oblast; Zmiivka in Kherson Oblast.

Yesterday, the aviation and missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces conducted four strikes on the areas of concentration of enemy personnel and weapons, and hit four command posts, three air defense systems, seven artillery systems, an ammunition depot and three other important facilities.

Four battles took place in the Kharkiv sector. Defense forces repelled enemy assaults near Vovchansk.

Two firefights took place in the Kupyansk sector , in particular near Kolisnykivka and Tabaivka.

In the Liman sector , the enemy attacked 15 times near Makiivka, Nevsky and Serebryansky forests.

There were 11 combat engagements in the Northern sector. Ukrainian troops repelled Russian assaults near Bilohorivka, Verkhnekamianske, Ivan-Daryivka, Vyymka and Spirne.

In the Kramatorsk sector, nine engagements took place in the areas of Stupochky, Chasovyi Yar and Ivanivske.

In the Toretsk sector, Russians attacked 14 times near Bila Hora, Diliyivka, Toretsk and New York.

In the Pokrovsky sector, our defenders repelled 28 enemy assaults in the areas of Vozdvyzhenka, Novooleksandrivka, Zelene Pole, Hrodivka, Zhelanne, Kalynove, Oleksandrivka and Yasnobrodivka. The highest concentration of attacks was near Hrodivka and Zhelanne.

In the Kurakhove sector, Ukrainian troops repelled five enemy attacks near Paraskoviivka, Oleksandrivka and Kostiantynivka.

In the Vremivsk sector, the enemy's offensive toward Vodiane was unsuccessful.

In the Orikhivsk sector , Russian troops stormed the positions of Ukrainian units near Mala Tokmachka.

On the Hulyaypillia and Prydniprovia directions, the situation is unchanged.

No signs of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions .

On the border with Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy maintains a military presence, conducting mortar and artillery shelling of settlements from the territory of the Russian Federation,

At the same time, our soldiers continue to inflict significant losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces, depleting the enemy along the entire frontline. In total, the total losses of the Russian invaders amounted to 1160 people over the past day. Our troops also neutralized seven tanks, nine armored combat vehicles, 69 artillery systems, one MLRS, two air defense systems, 47 tactical UAVs, a cruise missile, 82 vehicles and 20 pieces of special equipment.
