Russia attacked Ukraine with 265 drones of various types, of which air defense neutralized 228 units. 27 hits were recorded at 18 locations; the enemy attack is ongoing.

Russia launched 265 drones at Ukraine overnight, 228 of which were shot down or suppressed, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Monday, UNN writes.

According to the AFU Air Force, on the night of June 1 (from 6:00 PM on May 31), the enemy attacked with 265 strike UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, and Italmas types, as well as "Parody" type decoy drones from the directions of Bryansk, Kursk, Millerovo, Orel, Primorsko-Akhtarsk – RF, and Gvardiyske – temporarily occupied Crimea.
The aerial attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare (EW) units, unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data as of 8:00 AM, air defense shot down/suppressed 228 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, and other types in the north, south, and east of the country. Hits by 27 strike UAVs were recorded at 18 locations, as well as the falling of downed drones (debris) at 12 locations,
As indicated, the attack is ongoing; enemy UAVs remain in the airspace.
