Russia launched 155 drones at Ukraine overnight, 124 of which were shot down or suppressed, with hits reported in 17 locations, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Monday, UNN writes.

According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the night of June 8 (from 18:00 on June 7), the enemy attacked with 155 strike UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, Banderol types, and "Parody"-type decoy drones from the directions of Bryansk, Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk – RF, and Gvardiyske – occupied Crimea.

The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare (EW) units, unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

According to preliminary data, as of 08:00, air defense shot down/suppressed 124 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, Banderol, and other types in the north, south, and east of the country. Hits by 20 strike UAVs were recorded at 17 locations, as well as the falling of downed drones (debris) at 6 locations
