President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree appointing former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhnyi as Ukraine's Ambassador to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
