At night, the air defense forces destroyed all 13 Shahed-131/136 drones used by the Russian army to attack Ukraine. This was reported on Thursday by the commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Mykola Oleshchuk, UNN reports.
On the night of April 18, 2024, the enemy attacked with 13 Shahed-131/136 strike UAVs from the areas of Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia and Cape Chauda in Crimea. All 13 "Shaheds" were shot down by anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces in Kherson, Dnipro, Vinnytsia, Poltava, Khmelnytsky, Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk regions
