This was stated by Serhii "Flash" Beskrestnov, the President's adviser on the development of technological areas of defense, reports UNN.

At the same time, he warned that the cost of providing internet services may indeed increase—it is necessary to compensate for the costs of repairing the damaged infrastructure.
"We should not succumb to the enemy's information attacks and panic. We have already been frightened with claims that there would be no food, no fuel, and now they are frightening us with the disappearance of the Internet," the President's adviser added.
