Ukraine is already producing almost 20 Bohdan air defense systems per month. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in a video address, UNN reports.
"I have completed my visit to our friends from Northern Europe - it was the fourth Ukraine-Nordic countries summit. Iceland, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden. It was very productive. We agreed on new support packages for our defense and energy sector. We also talked a lot about investments in our weapons production, in Ukraine, and the development of joint defense projects," Zelenskyy said.
He reminded us that there is a Danish model that allows us to attract finance from partners to Ukrainian defense production.
"In particular, we are making artillery - almost 20 Bogdan guns a month, and we have good results in other areas. There will be more results. We need shells, equipment, drones - everything we need. I am grateful to everyone who helps us," Zelensky said.

He also said that Ukraine continues to work on air defense.
"In particular, at the NATO summit in Washington, there was a very clear, specific agreement on air defense systems for Ukraine, as well as on the equipment of brigades. This has not yet been fully realized. And we are counting on our Nordic partners to help us with this in contacts with other partners. Agreements must be fulfilled. And even more so in the context of such a war," Zelensky said.
The President expressed his gratitude to all the Nordic countries for supporting the Victory Plan - this is an action strategy that is already on the table.
"We are ready to hear proposals from other countries, other views, please. But for now, a clear, calculated vision of further actions together with our partners is in our Victory Plan. The main thing is to find the determination to fulfill the points, and this will definitely bring peace closer. I am also grateful for the full understanding of our logic regarding the invitation to NATO for Ukraine," Zelenskyy said.
