The College of Commissioners of the European Commission has approved a report on Ukraine's progress in reforms for EU membership. Provided all requirements are met, negotiations on clusters can begin in 2025.
The College of Commissioners of the European Commission has approved a report on Ukraine's progress in reforms necessary for EU membership. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal, reports UNN.

At its meeting, the College of Commissioners of the European Commission approved the Report as part of the Enlargement Package. During a meeting with Katarina Mathernova, the EU Ambassador personally handed over this Report, which demonstrates our clear progress on the path of transformation in all areas
According to him, this document confirms Ukraine's movement towards the EU, as it includes a detailed annual assessment of the state of reforms in Ukraine in each negotiating section
Shmyhal emphasized that Kyiv is confidently moving forward with the implementation of the Action Plan on the European Commission's recommendations.
The new report says that the European Commission is ready to open negotiations on clusters as soon as possible in 2025, once Ukraine fulfills all the conditions. (...) Our European integration is directly linked to the implementation of the Reform Plan under the Ukraine Facility. We are strictly on schedule, achieving the defined indicators
