This was stated by the US Treasury Secretary after meeting with the head of the Ukrainian government, Denys Shmyhal, and the Minister of Finance of Ukraine, Serhiy Marchenko. The head of the financial department stressed the need to complete the technical negotiations as soon as possible and sign an economic partnership agreement between the United States and Ukraine.
