Parts of seven regions are without electricity due to enemy attacks, an energy worker has been injured, no power outage schedules are predicted, but savings should be made amid rising consumption during the evening peak, the Ministry of Energy and NEC "Ukrenergo" reported on Thursday, writes UNN.
As a result of shelling of energy infrastructure facilities, some consumers in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, Sumy, Kherson, and Kharkiv regions temporarily remain without electricity supply.
At the same time, Ukrenergo confirmed that the enemy continues to attack energy infrastructure, and as a result, there are new power outages in Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Kherson regions in the morning. Wherever security conditions currently allow, emergency recovery work has already begun.
In Mykolaiv region, due to an enemy attack on an energy facility, one of the employees was injured. He was provided with all necessary assistance.
According to Ukrenergo, electricity consumption has increased - due to the cold weather, compared to the previous day, as well as cloudy weather in a significant part of Ukraine.
Yesterday, April 22, the daily maximum consumption was in the evening.
No restrictions are expected today.
"In the evening hours today, there is still a need for economical electricity consumption. Please limit the use of powerful electrical appliances from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM," Ukrenergo emphasized.
