Ukraine and Germany have signed an agreement on the exchange of defense data with partners, with plans to launch joint projects – analysis of weapons application and exchange of combat data and developments. This was announced by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov, as reported by UNN.

Together with German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius, we signed Ukraine's first agreement on the exchange of defense data with partners. The memorandum was signed with the participation of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.

- reported the Minister of Defense of Ukraine.

According to Fedorov, within the framework of this agreement, joint projects are planned to be launched:

  1. Analysis of weapons application. This involves analyzing the use of German systems, including PzH 2000, RCH 155, IRIS-T, based on combat data. This will allow increasing the effectiveness of their application and improving tactics.
    1. Exchange of combat data and developments. Ukraine shares unique battlefield data, providing partners with access to it for training and improving AI models and analytical solutions. This is the world's first defense artificial intelligence development project of such a scale. Partners will gain access to unique combat data from DELTA and other digital systems, which will help develop technologies and enhance their own capabilities. This is a win-win model of a new type of defense cooperation.
