A police investigative team was called to the scene, as indicated.
Within a day, as reported, two attackers were identified and detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.

Whether the attackers acted on the orders of Russian special services will be established by the investigation, the territorial center of recruitment indicated.
