The General Staff of the AFU confirmed the strike on the "VNIIR-Progress" enterprise, which produces navigation systems for missiles and UAVs, using FP-5 "Flamingo" missiles, as well as an oil refinery and a "shadow fleet" tanker of the Russian Federation; it also clarified the results of the strikes on the "Grushovaya" oil depot, the "Krasnoarmeysk" oil pumping station, and the "Krasny Yar" linear production and dispatch station, UNN reports.

According to the General Staff, "on the night of June 10, 2026, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck a number of important facilities of the military-industrial and fuel-energy complex of the Russian Federation."
Specifically, in the Republic of Chuvashia of the Russian Federation, a strike was carried out on the "VNIIR-Progress" plant in the city of Cheboksary. The hit on the target and a fire on the enterprise's territory have been confirmed. The strike was carried out by soldiers of the Missile Forces and Artillery of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine using Ukrainian FP-5 "Flamingo" missiles,
Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed the strike on the military plant in Cheboksary with FP-5 Flamingo missiles produced by the Ukrainian company Fire Point.
The distance from the nearest area of active combat engagement in Ukraine to the facility, as indicated by the General Staff, is over 900 km.
The enterprise is noted to be one of the key manufacturers of navigation equipment for high-precision weaponry of the Russian Federation. The plant produces satellite navigation receivers and "Kometa" type antennas, which are used in Shahed-type (Geran-2) strike UAVs, "Kalibr" cruise missiles, "Iskander-M" operational-tactical missile systems, as well as unified gliding and correction modules for aerial bombs.
In the Samara region of the Russian Federation, the "Kuibyshev" oil refinery in the city of Samara was hit. The hit on the target and a fire on the enterprise's territory have been confirmed,
The Kuibyshev refinery is stated to be one of the largest oil refining enterprises of the Samara group in the Russian Federation. The annual refining volume is about 3.7 million tons of oil. The enterprise produces gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil, and other petroleum products used to meet the needs of the military-industrial complex and the occupation forces of the aggressor state.
In addition, the Russian shadow fleet tanker WEST Horizon was hit in the Black Sea. Damage to the vessel's propeller-rudder group has been confirmed,
The tanker WEST Horizon is reportedly used in the Russian Federation's shadow fleet schemes to transport oil and petroleum products bypassing international sanctions and restrictions.
"Furthermore, based on the results of additional reconnaissance of the arsenal of missiles, ammunition, and explosive materials hit on June 6, 2026, in the area of the settlement of Bolshaya Izhora, Leningrad region, RF, the destruction of 18 ground storage facilities and three open areas has been confirmed. Signs of secondary detonation of ammunition were recorded," the report says.
The General Staff also indicated that based on the results of additional reconnaissance of the fuel and energy infrastructure facilities of the Russian Federation hit on June 8, 2026, additional strike results have been confirmed.
"At the 'Grushovaya' transshipment oil depot in the area of the settlement of Grushovaya Balka, Krasnodar Krai, Russian Federation, the burning of two oil tanks, as well as infrastructure involved in assessing the quality of petroleum products, has been confirmed," the General Staff reported.
The "Grushovaya" intermediate oil pumping station and its infrastructure in this system allow for the processing of more than 500-600 tank cars per day. The station's automated tanks have a total capacity of 1.3 million cubic meters.
According to data from OSINT analysts, the strike was carried out by drones manufactured by Fire Point.
In addition, the General Staff indicated that "at the 'Krasnoarmeysk' oil pumping station in the Saratov region of the Russian Federation, the burning of two oil tanks with a volume of 50,000 m³ each has been confirmed."
