President Volodymyr Zelenskyy may propose a new candidate for the post of Defense Minister on July 16. MP Fedienko reported that the name has not been specified, and the decision depends on coordination by all parties.
President Volodymyr Zelensky may propose a new candidate for the post of head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine as early as today. People's Deputy Oleksandr Fedienko said this on July 16 in his Telegram channel, reports UNN.
"Yes, the faction meeting took place. It was said that perhaps today the President will propose another, new candidate for the post of Minister of Defense. Who it will be — no one specified," Fedienko said.
The parliamentarian added that for now it remains to wait and see whether a new candidate will be proposed today.
"Most likely, this will happen late at night. And the parliament will convene, but only if this candidate suits representatives of all factions," the MP added.

As Zheleznyak reported, at the meeting of the "Servant of the People" faction, it became known that they are looking for another candidate for the post of Minister of Defense — not Ihor Klymenko, but also not Mykhailo Fedorov.
