President Zelenskyy announced the development of arms exports to strengthen the economy. The NSDC and the Ministry of Defense are already working on the necessary regulatory changes.
Arms exports should become a long-term source of economic strength for Ukraine, we are working out the details. This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy during his evening video address, UNN reports.

The President today held a "detailed and very practical" meeting regarding Ukrainian weaponry: what exactly is needed for defense in Ukraine in larger volumes and what exactly can be sent for export to further strengthen Ukraine and bolster ties with the world—additionally and in the long term.
Arms exports should become a long-term source of economic strength for Ukraine. We are working out the details: the NSDC, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the parliamentary component, so that any regulatory changes are not delayed

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the surplus of production capacity in Ukraine for certain types of weapons reaches 50%. According to him, the export of Ukrainian weapons will be a reality.
