President Zelenskyy heard reports from commanders on the front-line situation and announced a Staff meeting with weapons manufacturers. They discussed the need for fiber-optic drones and scaling up the experience of the "Charter" with foreign volunteers.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy listened to reports from combat commanders on the situation in the most intense areas, and also announced a special Staff meeting with corps commanders and key manufacturers of weapons and equipment needed at the front, reports UNN.

According to Zelenskyy, today they spoke with the commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert Brovdi, the commander of the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine "Azov", Denys Prokopenko, the commander of the 2nd Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine "Khartyia", Ihor Obolenskyi, the deputy commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Air Assault Forces, Andrii Tkachuk, and the acting commander of the 19th Army Corps of the Operational Command "South" of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Ground Forces, Valerii Skred.
The commanders reported on the situation at the front, the destruction of the occupier's forces, and key aspects of supply for our units. The Ukrainian defense remains active, and the assigned tasks for the directions are being fully carried out. They focused on the need for a larger-scale supply of drones used at operational depth. They discussed the issues of production and supply of fiber-optic drones. The effectiveness of the program for the fair distribution of personnel among combat brigades was noted. This program has been operating since December last year and will continue. The special experience of "Khartyia" in attracting foreign volunteers to defend Ukraine should be scaled to other units as well. They discussed what is needed for this. I am grateful to the commander of "Azov" for his special attention to the exchange process and the fate of our prisoners: appropriate instructions will be given based on what was discussed today
The head of state separately commended the Air Assault Forces units for their effectiveness in implementing our active defense, and also thanked the SBS for their precision.
