"I am glad to meet with the President of Lithuania Gitanas Nausėda. Lithuania's comprehensive assistance has been and remains extremely important for Ukraine. In particular, we look forward to continuing fruitful cooperation in the defense sector. We also talked about sanctions and confiscation of Russian assets, humanitarian aid, and Ukraine's integration into the EU and NATO," Shmyhal said.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister emphasized that the Ukrainian Formula for Peace remains the only comprehensive plan to restore Ukraine's territorial integrity and ensure security for the international community.

"I conveyed the most sincere wishes from President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and thanked for the extraordinary level of support from the Lithuanian people. Ukrainians feel it and appreciate it," Shmyhal said.
