Gas and energy services in the occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions were issued dozens of vehicles with Br2 class armor. The special transport will protect crews from Ukrainian drone attacks and mine explosions.

According to Mash, dozens of vehicles with reinforced metal bodies and underbody protection have been sent to the gas services, energy, and emergency crews of Novorossiya – the underbody is reinforced with multilayer mats made of durable, water-resistant plastic.
The developers say that Br2 class armor protects against shrapnel and helps avoid detonation on mines scattered throughout the DPR and LPR. The reason for the innovation was an attack by the AFU on utility services in the republics
