French President Emmanuel Macron announced that Ukraine will receive French Rafale fighter jets in 2028-2029, and also stated that Ukraine has received licenses to produce SCALP cruise missiles, Aster-30 anti-aircraft missiles for the SAMP/T air defense system, and AASM Hammer guided bombs, reports UNN.
