Ukraine is actively negotiating with a number of organizations and governments to provide assistance. So far, it is known that assistance and support will come from the government of Japan and the government of the United Kingdom.
Ukraine will receive assistance from the Government of Japan and the Government of the United Kingdom next year. This was stated by Finance Minister Sergiy Marchenko during a briefing, according to a UNN correspondent .

The Minister of Finance said that Ukraine is actively negotiating with a number of organizations and governments to provide assistance. It is currently known that the assistance and support will come from the Government of Japan and the Government of the United Kingdom.
"We are also negotiating with the government of South Korea, the government of Canada, and other G7 governments to form the necessary pool, because this is actually one of the key tasks today - to provide an opportunity to get a stable economy, a stable financial situation, a stable macroeconomic environment. And this also creates the necessary basis for our Armed Forces to be able to do their job," Marchenko said.
To recap, the budget for 2024, which was allocated for the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, is conditionally divided into three parts according to the approach of NATO countries.
