Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha announced the introduction of special filtration procedures for citizens of the Russian Federation. A mass influx of migrants after the war is not expected.
Special restrictive measures will be applied to citizens of the Russian Federation who intend to visit Ukraine after the war ends. This was reported by Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha, according to UNN.

According to him, for Ukraine, the RF is a "hostile country, an aggressor country."
It is impossible for a Russian citizen to enter Ukraine without a special permit, a visa, or without verification and screening by all our relevant services. Special restrictive procedures and measures regarding visits to Ukraine will be applied to citizens of this state,
Sybiha added that he does not see a threat of a mass influx of migrants from Russia after the war concludes.
