The United States and the World Bank have provided $485 million to Ukraine as part of the PEACE in Ukraine project. The funds will be used to cover social and humanitarian expenses of the state budget.
Ukraine has received $485 million in assistance under the PEACE in Ukraine project, and the funds will be used to cover social and humanitarian expenditures of the state budget. This was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal, UNN reports.
"Ukraine has received $485 million from the United States and the World Bank as part of the PEACE in Ukraine project. Of this, $465 million was provided by the United States through USAID. Another $20 million came from the World Bank," Shmyhal wrote.
According to him, the funds raised will be used to compensate for social and humanitarian expenditures of the state budget.
