Two explosions involving ammunition were recorded in Kharkiv region today. In the first case, only equipment was damaged, and in the second, a man was injured. This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, UNN reports .
It is noted that in the first case, a truck exploded on an explosive device. The incident occurred in a field near the village of Ivanivka, Chuhuiv district. The driver was not injured in the explosion, but the equipment was severely damaged.
The second incident occurred on the territory of a garden association in the village of Borshchova, Kharkiv district, when a 67-year-old man was injured when he stepped on a PFM-1 "Petal" mine. As a result of the explosion, he sustained a mine-blast injury to his left leg. The victim is currently in hospital.
