But two of them suffered injuries of considerable severity, and the third suffered less serious injuries, according to police.

Due to the accident, the motorsport competition was forced to stop while emergency crews provided assistance to the injured. The track and surrounding areas were isolated for the safety of participants and rescue teams. However, the NHRA announced that racing resumed later that day, allowing the event to continue after an initial assessment of the situation.
