The official military registration document has appeared in the "Army+" application

An electronic military registration document for servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Special Transport Service has appeared in the "Army+" application. The document is generated automatically from the Register of Servicemen.
In Ukraine, the official electronic military registration document for servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Special Transport Service has been launched in the "Army+" application. This is reported by the Ministry of Defense, writes UNN.
Procedure for generating a military registration document in "Army+"
A serviceman does not need to submit a separate application, collect papers, or apply anywhere.
After authorization in Army+, the application automatically receives the necessary information through the Register of Servicemen. Data on military service are confirmed based on information from the personnel accounting system "Impulse".
If the data is entered correctly, the document appears in the application automatically.
The document will become available to servicemen of the AFU and the DSST gradually. If it is not yet in Army+, most likely, the necessary data is still incomplete or is being verified in the system.
If the military unit already works with the personnel accounting system "Impulse", the serviceman can contact the personnel service and ask to check the relevance of their personal and service data.
Where to present the military registration document in "Army+"
The electronic military registration document can be used to confirm belonging to the category of servicemen and military status:
- at the military unit;
- at checkpoints and roadblocks;
- during interaction with TCC and SP, VSP and the police;
- in state bodies, institutions and organizations;
- when receiving services – if appropriate technical capabilities are available.
At launch, the electronic document in Army+ is available with an internet connection. The next step will be the ability to generate an extract from the document, which will be available on the phone offline.
What data does the military document in Army+ contain
The electronic military registration document displays:
- last name, first name and patronymic;
- date of birth;
- date of issue of the document;
- taxpayer registration card number (RNOCPP);
- official number of the military document – it is generated automatically, is unique and differs from the number of the paper ID;
- photo – if data is available in the systems;
- serviceman status – if data is available in the systems.
To view the full information, you need to click on the document card in Army+. Its reverse side also contains a QR code for verification.
How to verify the military registration document in "Army+"
To verify, you need to scan the QR code using the scanner in Army+. After scanning, the main data of the document will appear on the screen. This allows you to check that it is valid at the moment of verification.
The QR code is valid for three minutes, after which it is automatically updated. Such a short validity period reduces the risk of copying or reusing the document without the serviceman's involvement. The document and QR code are available with an internet connection.
Addendum
The military document in Army+ simplifies status confirmation in everyday situations. The serviceman does not need to use a paper document every time or additionally confirm information that is already in digital systems.
For personnel services, this means less repeated collection of documents and manual data verification. For the military, it means more up-to-date personnel records and the ability to make personnel and management decisions faster.
The launch of the document creates the basis for subsequent digital services in Army+: electronic certificates, extracts and requests without repeated collection of paper documents.
This became possible due to the launch of the Register of Servicemen. Through it, Army+ receives up-to-date data from state systems necessary to confirm that a person is a serviceman and has military status.
