According to the investigation, on April 20, at about 6:15 p.m., Russian troops attacked the Osnovianskyi district of Kharkiv with a drone.
Residential buildings were damaged.
Seven people were injured, including a 17-year-old girl. The minor was diagnosed with an acute stress reaction.
Fragments of a Geran-2 UAV were found at the scene.
