GUR special forces disabled the ferry "Slavyanin" in the Kerch Strait with UAV strikes. The vessel supplied the Russian army with fuel and equipment in Crimea.

GRU special forces neutralized the last railway ferry of the occupiers in Kerch - "Slavyanin", the Ministry of Defense's Main Intelligence Directorate reported on Wednesday, UNN writes.
On the night of April 5-6, 2026, masters of the Active Actions Department of the Ministry of Defense's Main Intelligence Directorate disabled "Slavyanin" - the last railway ferry of the occupation army in the Kerch Strait that remained afloat - with UAV strikes.
"Slavyanin" played an important role in supplying the Russian military contingent in temporarily occupied Crimea with fuel and lubricants, weapons, military equipment, and ammunition.

The Main Intelligence Directorate indicated that in March of this year, GRU special forces disabled another railway ferry of the occupiers - "Avangard" and damaged "Slavyanin".
