A man shot his wife with a gun during a quarrel over dinner in the village of Eskhar, Kharkiv region, and was detained by police.
In Kharkiv region, police detained a man for murder. It is reported that the suspect fired a shotgun into his wife's chest during a quarrel at a table.

On March 8, a resident of the village of Eskhar reported to the Chuhuiv Police Department that a woman had been killed by a shotgun.
As investigators found out, the man and his wife were visiting their friend. During the meal, a quarrel arose between the couple. After that, the man went to his garage to get a gun. When he returned, he shot his wife in the chest. The 52-year-old woman sustained life-threatening injuries.
According to the police, the 56-year-old attacker was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. He was served a notice of suspicion of committing a crime under Part 1 of Article 115 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine; on March 10, the court imposed a measure of restraint in the form of detention on the man.
