Lieutenant General Mykola Oleshchuk, Commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, spoke about passive defense and why "not everything is so clear" with "losses" after Russian attacks.

The commander of the Air Force, Lieutenant General Mykola Oleshchuk, reacted to reports of "losses" of a Ukrainian airfield as a result of Russian attacks and assured that "everything is not so clear," UNN reports.

"Of course, both we and the enemy have losses of equipment and people. But neither side speaks about it publicly. It is clear why! As an exception, to explain to the public that everything is not so clear, I am demonstrating two recent enemy strikes with Iskanders-M, filmed from Russian reconnaissance UAVs," Oleshchuk said.

According to him, the airfield in question is Dolhintseve (Kryvyi Rih - 3.07) and the Yuzhne district (Odesa region - 6.07).

"...the Air Force personnel have successfully carried out passive defense activities! I thank everyone who helps with high-quality models of aircraft and air defense systems. The enemy has fewer "Iskanders", and more models will be delivered. Stay calm and united! The enemy is cunning, but we are stronger!" - Oleshchuk summarized.
