The shooting in Kyiv on April 18 began after a conflict between the attacker and a neighbor with whom he had a long-standing hostile relationship. This was announced by Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko during a meeting with journalists, UNN reports.

According to him, the shooter recorded the events on a dictaphone even before the attack began.
