STRUM energy hotline launched in Ukraine: what questions can be addressed

Ukrainians can get free round-the-clock consultations on energy issues by calling 15-49. The line provides information on energy independence, government support programs, and the situation in the energy sector.
A government hotline on energy issues, STRUM, has been launched in Ukraine, UNN reports with reference to the Ministry of Energy.

Starting from today, July 20, citizens and businesses can get advice on energy issues by calling 15-49 free of charge and around the clock.
You can find out on the STREAM line:
- how to increase the energy independence of your home or business;
- obtain information on government financial support programs for the installation of additional electricity generation capacity;
- other current issues related to the situation in the energy sector.
"The purpose of the governmental telephone line "STRUM" is to provide Ukrainians with the necessary and accessible information on the possibility of connecting alternative energy sources, obtaining state financial support, detailed consultations and solving problematic issues with the installation and connection of equipment," said Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko.
The government hotline STRUM has been launched as part of the Government's implementation of a set of effective measures to support the Ukrainian energy sector and every Ukrainian and to prepare for the crucial autumn and winter period.
