Shmyhal on electricity restrictions: after July 20, we expect the situation to improve

After July 20, the situation with power outages in Ukraine is expected to improve due to the completion of repairs at some generation facilities and emergency electricity supplies from the EU.
Although the situation in the energy sector is difficult, the situation with power outages will be better after July 20. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal at a government meeting, UNN reports.
The situation remains extremely difficult. Due to the consequences of total hostile shelling and the heat, hourly blackouts continue. At the same time, we expect the situation to improve in the twentieth of July
He said that repairs at some generation facilities are nearing completion, which will increase the capacity of the power system. Thus, the blackouts will not be so long.
