Kyiv • UNN
The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has launched a Personal Account service to check court-imposed travel restrictions. The service does not display bans that are in effect during martial law.

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has launched a new online service, "Personal Account," through which citizens can check for temporary restrictions on traveling abroad. This was reported by the SBGS, according to UNN.
Details
The border service noted that the service only applies to restrictions imposed by a court or the executive service. This includes, in particular, arrears on alimony, fines, or other debts.
At the same time, the SBGS emphasized that restrictions related to martial law are not displayed in the "Personal Account" and are verified according to separate rules. The service also assured that all user data is protected in accordance with the law on personal data protection.
How the new service works
To use the "Personal Account," it is necessary to undergo authorization via electronic signature id.gov.ua, Diia.Signature, BankID, or QES (Qualified Electronic Signature).
After logging in, the system automatically checks information in the SBGS databases in real-time. The result of the check is immediately displayed in the account – "No restrictions" or "There is a temporary restriction."
The service can be accessed via the link: SBGS Personal Account.
