Ukraine is working to limit the functionality of Starlink for Russians while continuing to use it, as Russians have begun illegally obtaining Starlink terminals from third countries.
The use of Starlink by Russians is not widespread, but Ukraine is working to ensure that they are limited in their functionality. This was stated by Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov in an interview with Welt, UNN reports .
We see that Russians have started using Starlink. However, this is not a mass phenomenon, because they are supposed to receive them from third countries. The only thing I can say at the moment is that we have found a solution to the problem
