On the morning of July 6, 2024, at 04:00, the invading army carried out an artillery attack, hitting a private house in one of the settlements of the Beryslav district of the Kherson region. Rescuers found the bodies of a man and a woman under the rubble of the house.
Under the procedural supervision of the Beryslav District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in the criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Prosecutors are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the Russian armed forces
