Russian KAB strike in Sumy region claimed one life: the consequences are shown

Russian troops carried out an air strike on the Yampil community, killing a gas station worker and wounding an employee of Ukrzaliznytsia. A multi-story building, railway infrastructure, and private homes were damaged.
Russian troops carried out an air strike with KABs in Sumy region the night before, leaving one dead and one wounded, the Prosecutor General's Office said on Thursday, UNN reports.

According to the investigation, on November 6, at about 22:00, the occupiers dropped two guided bombs on the civilian infrastructure of the Yampil community of Shostka district.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, a civilian was rescued from the damaged non-residential building. To do this, metal structures had to be cut. The victim was handed over to medical workers. The body of the deceased person was unblocked from under another destroyed building by the SES.
"As a result of the enemy's attack, a 33-year-old employee of a gas station was killed, and another woman, a 53-year-old employee of Ukrzaliznytsia, was wounded," the prosecutor's office said.
According to the prosecutor's office, a multi-storey building and railway infrastructure were damaged, and a gas station was destroyed. According to the Sumy RMA, two private houses were also damaged.
A pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.
According to the Sumy RMA, at night and in the morning, Russians fired 23 times at the border areas and settlements of Sumy region, including with drones, mines and KABs. 32 explosions were recorded. Yunakivska, Khotynska, Bilopilska, Krasnopilska, Velykopysarivska, Esmanska, Yampilska communities were shelled.
