The death toll in Kyiv has risen to two, with another 32 people injured. Rescuers continue to clear the rubble in the Darnytskyi district of the capital.

The death toll from the massive Russian attack in Kyiv has risen to two, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported on Thursday, UNN writes.

As noted, search and rescue operations are ongoing at the site of the Russian strike on an apartment building in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv.
Emergency responders managed to rescue 28 people. K-9 units and psychologists from the State Emergency Service are working on-site.
Rescuers have already removed over 20 cubic meters of structural debris and evacuated 5 damaged vehicles.
In total, 5 districts of the capital came under Russian fire; 13 of the 32 injured reported by the State Emergency Service have been hospitalized. Information is being updated.

Kyiv became the primary target of a massive Russian missile and drone strike on the night of May 14. There is damage at 20 locations in the city. These include ordinary residential buildings, a school, a veterinary clinic, and other purely civilian infrastructure, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported.
