The battle lasted for an hour and a half. "The air defense units repelled the heavy waves of "Shahed" coming in from the Black Sea and complicated the work of the air defense by maneuvers between residential buildings and industrial quarters.
Our air defense forces managed to shoot down 10 Shahed-131/136 unmanned aerial vehicles in the skies of Odesa region.
Unfortunately, we were unable to avoid hits.
An infrastructure facility was hit in Odesa district and administrative buildings were damaged. A fire broke out at the site and was quickly extinguished. The shock wave smashed the windows of private houses around the area, and the debris damaged outbuildings," Kiper said, adding that there were no casualties.
