In one week, the Russian Federation launched up to 1,900 drones, 1,400 aerial bombs, and 60 missiles. Air defense shoots down over 90% of drones, while the EU prepares new aid packages and sanctions.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that over the past week, Russia launched up to 1,900 drones, as well as up to 60 missiles and up to 1,400 KABs (guided aerial bombs) against Ukraine; the drone shoot-down rate is over 90%, but this percentage must be constantly increased, including for ballistics, he wrote on social media on Monday, UNN reports.

According to him, "this underscores how timely the partners' new contributions to the PURL program are, as well as the approval of the EU's 20th sanctions package and the 90 billion euro European support package in Cyprus."
