Slovakia expects Druzhba oil pipeline supplies to resume on April 23

Ukrtransnafta has started filling the pipeline after the completion of repairs. The transit of Russian oil to Slovakia will resume on Thursday morning.

Slovakia expects the resumption of oil supplies via the Druzhba pipeline, which carries Russian oil to Hungary and Slovakia, on Thursday, April 23, Slovak Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Denisa Sakova announced on Facebook on Wednesday, writes UNN.
According to Ukrtransnafta, this morning the pressure increase and filling of the Druzhba oil pipeline on the Ukrainian side from Belarus began. It is expected that pumping and supplies to Slovakia will resume tomorrow (April 23) morning.

Earlier, Hungarian MOL reported that Ukrtransnafta had announced the completion of repairs to Druzhba and was ready for oil transit.
