Rada may ratify agreement on technical and financial cooperation between Ukraine and Latvia this month - Shmyhal
Kyiv • UNN
Ukraine and Latvia have signed an agreement on technical and financial cooperation for Ukraine's recovery, including €5 million from Latvia, which is expected to be ratified by the Ukrainian parliament this month.
This month, the Verkhovna Rada will consider the agreement on technical and financial cooperation between Latvia and Ukraine, which was signed in Riga in January. The agreement is already in parliament for ratification. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal during a joint press conference with Latvian Prime Minister Eвіка Silina, UNN correspondent reports.
During the visit of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy to Latvia, we signed an agreement on technical and financial cooperation between Latvia and Ukraine, which will be considered by our parliament this month to complete the procedure for its entry into force. This will significantly improve the participation of our Latvian partners in the reconstruction of Ukraine. This agreement is already in the parliament for ratification, and I am convinced that this month the ratification will take place
