As of 21:00, the situation in the power system is controlled and stable. During the day, Ukraine transferred surplus electricity to Poland in the amount of up to 2000 MWh.
However, generation imbalances that cannot be balanced by the transmission system operator due to damage caused by Russian attacks on substations are possible. Therefore, emergency blackouts are periodically applied in Dnipropetrovska, Zaporizka, Kirovohradska, Poltavska, and Sumska oblasts.
