In Ternopil region, four TCC employees and an employee of the Borshchiv City Council were served with suspicion notices.
The five defendants in the case, namely the head of the district TCC, three of his subordinates and an employee of the Borshchiv City Council, were notified of suspicion of being part of an organized criminal group. They are suspected not only of corruption, but also of illegal detention and beating. Today, the court will choose a preventive measure for the suspects. The investigation wants it to be arrest without bail for all five defendants in the case
Investigators reported that a number of searches were conducted with the approval of the military prosecutor's office.
Following the searches, five people, including the organizer, were notified of suspicion under a number of articles. These are articles: 368, part 3, 146, part 3, and 122, all of which are articles on organized crime. The sanction of these articles is from 5 to 10 years in prison. As of now, the Ternopil City District Court is hearing the preventive measures against the defendants by investigating judges
