Norwegian terrorist Anders Breivik has filed a second petition for parole. He came to the court hearing with a shaved letter “Z” on his temple, expressing support for the Russian invasion of Ukraine for the second time.
On November 19, Norwegian terrorist and mass murderer Anders Breivik appeared in court with his hair shaved in the shape of the letter "Z". This was reported by UNN with reference to Dagbladet.

Breivik, who is serving a 21-year sentence, has applied for parole for the second time. The application will be considered in the maximum security prison where he is being held. He appeared in court with his temple hair shaved in the shape of the letter 'Z'.
He has previously spoken favorably of russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, defending it and calling it a "necessary act of terrorism.

Breivik is serving the maximum possible prison term in Norway of 21 years, but this term can be extended indefinitely - as long as he is considered a danger to society.
In 2011, Breivik carried out two terrorist attacks in Norway: first, he detonated a car bomb near the government building in Oslo, killing eight people. Then he traveled to the island of Utoya, where he opened fire at a Labor Party youth camp, killing 69 people.
In 2012, he was found guilty of terrorism and sentenced to the maximum possible sentence in Norway.
In early 2024 , he lost a lawsuit against the Norwegian government, claiming that his isolation in prison violated his human rights.
