The Israeli prime minister did not specify which of his sons Iran allegedly tried to kill or when. Tehran has not publicly responded to the accusations.
On August 24, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Iran had tried to kill one of his two sons, but did not specify which one or when the alleged attempt had taken place. Netanyahu made the statement in an interview with Israel’s Channel 14, LRT reports, writes UNN.

According to the Israeli prime minister, his son had been targeted by Iran, but he did not disclose any details about the preparation for or execution of the alleged assassination attempt. Reuters also notes that Netanyahu did not say exactly when the attempt took place or how close it had come to being carried out.
