A multi-signature feature for reports has been launched in the "Army+" application

A new multi-signature function has appeared in the “Army+” mobile application, allowing unit commanders to process up to 40 reports simultaneously.

Details

As reported by Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization Kateryna Chernohorenko, the innovation allows commanders to approve a group of reports that arrive in the “Reports” section on the “For Consideration” tab.

Now, thanks to the multi-signature, the unit commander can process dozens of reports from subordinates that arrive in the “Reports” section on the “For Consideration” tab. Decisions on approval or rejection are made by swiping right and left, respectively. There is also an opportunity to use a filter and mark the necessary reports

It is also clarified that the new functionality allows processing up to 40 reports at a time. Document signing is carried out through the electronic services Diia.Signature or SmartID.

However, mass rejection is not provided – each negative decision requires a mandatory explanation.

We were often asked if we planned to make it possible to approve reports in one go. Because signing them one by one and going through Diia.Signature confirmation every time tired the commanders. We always listen to user requests and take them into account, so we are happy to launch the multi-signature service and further reduce the administrative burden for our military

The report service in the Army+ application was introduced in August 2024. Since then, users have submitted a total of 36 types of reports, and the total number of processed requests has reached 570 thousand. Of these, 60% received approval. The most common are: health-related (28%), annual leave (23%), and change of duty station (21%).
